We have a 14-day exchange policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request an exchange.

Here’s how you can initiate your return:
- (Click here) and fill in your name, email and a message listing the item you're returning and the refund amount.
- You must return your items within 14 days from when you received your order. Any returns after this 14 day period will not be accepted.
- Please allow up to 5 business days once your return has been received back at our facility for our team to inspect the return. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded via your original payment method. We reserve the right to refuse any returns that do not follow our policy listed below.
All returns must follow this policy:
- Item(s) must be new, in original packaging with all tags, unworn and unwashed.
- All items marked as sale are final sale - no returns or exchanges are allowed.
- Orders made with discount codes or gift cards are non-refundable. These orders can only be exchanged or returned for store credit in the form of your original payment method.
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
- Unfortunately due to current shipping constraints we do not offer or provide return shipping labels - you are responsible for all return shipping charges.
- We are not responsible for lost or stolen return packages.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
SALE ITEMS, DISCOUNT CODES & PROMOTIONS
Any order placed with a discount code can only be exchanged or returned for store credit in the form of your original payment method.
All items marked as sale are final sale and are non-refundable.

Once an order has shipped, we cannot cancel your order as the order has already left our facilities and is in the hands of the courier. No exceptions.
